May 1st

Happy 1st Day of May!!! 



I hope you are all as excited as I am about getting this challenge underway! It is going to be a blast, just remember we are all here to encourage each other, support each other and totally transform our lives for the better in 90 days!

Each month we will be recording group inches lost, miles trekked, and pounds lost! 
For your connivence I have came up with a Mile tracking sheet for you all for the month of May! Print it out, keep track of your miles, then toward the end of the month we'll share how many miles we completed    and keep track! 

As for measurements please e-mail me those at some point this week! Measurement checks will be done every Friday if you decided to participate. Here are the measurements you need to take: 

  • Smallest part of your waist (approx. 2 inches above navel)
  • Largest part (directly across navel)
  • Hips 
  • Butt 
  • Right Thigh (midway through your thigh)
  • Right Arm (midway through your bicep)


Now if weight loss is one of your goals as well send me your start weight as well and we will track weight loss every friday as well. I HIGHLY suggest you do not step on the scale every day. Don't put yourself through that misery. Personally my weight fluctuates anywhere from 1-5LBS on a day to day basis, so I weigh myself once a week and that is all! 

Remember, accountability is key. By doing check-ins and such it is a way for you to stay accountable for yourself and for your health (;
